ASOTWL (All Signs Of Those Who Left) is a side project of Daniel James Dolby. K is inspired by the Kursk submarine disaster that occurred in the Barents Sea on August 12th All crew members tragically lost their lives. 23 members of the crew survived the two explosions but later died primarily due to the the Russian navy only.

 · The Russian Oscar II class submarine K Kursk was the pride of Russia's fleet, having symbolized the power and strength of the Russian Navy. Having been set afloat in , the meter-long nuclear sub had been in service for less than six years when it ted Reading Time: 3 mins.
